At Push, we meet you where you’re at and help you build from there. Expect solid training, genuine connection, and elite-level coaching without the ego. No shortcuts. No judgment. Just good people doing the mahi together.
What makes us push
At Push we focus on hauora (health and wellbeing) as our framework. That means structured training for the body, support for mental health, a strong community culture, and connecting exercise to personal values.
Push Fitness wasn’t built from a love of training alone. It grew from years of coaching, listening, and showing up for people. We saw what worked, what didn’t, and what a real performance community should feel like, one built on whanaungatanga (connection), manawaroa (resilience), and a purpose that goes beyond the physical.
Our Classes
All classes run for 55 minutes, Monday to Saturday, with a maximum of 30 participants per session.
